These 3 Phrases Will Make Your Life More Positive

Life ain’t easy. We can all relate to this quote in one way or the other. Either you were once broke, or you lost someone (or something) dear to you. Bottom line is: LIFE IS A BITCH!

But these three little quotes will make you look at this thing called life from a different perspective, and if you keep them at the back of your mind at all times, more positivity will be added to your days:

Man Proposes, God Disposes

If there’s one thing I’m absolutely sure about, it’s that human beings are planners. No matter what it is we’re doing, we want to think of the future. Not that it’s wrong to though, but give yourself a break, you are overthinking things too much, YES YOU. Take a chill pill baby, cut yourself some slack. We can’t have control over everything that happens with our lives. If something isn’t meant to be, it won’t. Don’t stress it, the plan we have might not be God’s plan so just pray and let him do His thing.

Manners Maketh Man

Being a nice person never killed anybody (okay Adolf Hitler probably blew a lot of nice people up but whatever, this is the 21st century). Be kind, be generous. How many people have told you “Thank you” today? How many people have you made to smile today? Come on, it literally costs nothing you know. Make a decision to help someone with something each day. Spend your time thinking of ways to help, rather than ways to pull someone down. Remember everyone has hidden battles they’re fighting, so don’t add to someone’s burden…instead, be their sun on a stormy day.

Enjoy The Little Things

This one is my favoriteeee. What do I mean by “little things”? I mean make every moment worth it. Appreciate the tiniest gestures; the advice someone gave you, the time someone spent with you. Did you know that the small key holder gift your friend gave you could be more important than a BMW 2020? Lol don’t come for me. It’s the reason that matters, the thought. That guy you take a walk with on the weekends could matter more than the one that takes you to Maldives every two seconds.

Life is very short, live it without any regrets. Break those rules, shoot that shot, accept that lunch offer, let your guard down, kiss a stranger if you like…just LIVE.

All we have is right now; these times, these moments, these friends, this family, this love, this life. So go out there, make memories and always keep the vibes HIGH!

One thing I’ve learnt about life is that it goes on, move with it.
